Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
   A: The duration it may take for you to receive your package can be from 5-8 business
 days. This is because you need to account for Order processing time, preparations for
 shipment, and then carrier shipping. Once your item is shipped, We will provide you
with a tracking number and notification so you may look up delivery updates.
 For international customers outside the U.S. , Please note that it may take longer to
  receive your package due to international shipping procedures like inspections 
 through customs and processing. 

Q: If i entered my shipping address incorrectly, can i change it?
     A: Not exactly, If you think you entered your shipping address incorrectly, you can
 send a support request or email jaggainquiry@gmail.com to request a change of      address before order is confirmed. Orders can take up to a day or two to process, so you must contact us before we confirm your order for shipping.

Q: Is it possible to Cancel my Order?
   A: Yes, so long as the order is cancelled within adequate time and before we process the order for shipment. Once your order is being shipped, there is nothing we can do. If you are a domestic customer and reside in the U.S. It may be possible to contact USPS or the carrier handling your order to reroute it to another destination with your authorization. Q: If i want to cancel my order, how long would it take to get a refund? 
  A:  After your order is cancelled, refund processing can take up to 2-5 business          days to receive your refund back to your method of payment. That is because the duration of processing time is based on the bank you use.
