Shipping Policy
Orders are processed in a time frame of 1/2 work weeks. On weekends and holidays, orders are not sent, confirmed, reviewed or delivered.
As stated in the terms of Service, The customer is or buyer is fully responsible for inputting correct information in every event of making a purchase of a good or service. Infernal Elegance and Jaggasoft is will not be held accountable and reserves the right to forfeit and cancel your order if inputted incorrectly with no response of contact or failure to follow up in the event of a customer awaiting confirmation of address change, delivery change, shipment delivery instructions or a change of order.
In the event of a order shipped with incorrect information with a failure of contacting Infernal Elegance or Jaggasoft in reasonable time frame then it is to be considered of that shipment to be a.) lost b.) stolen c.) misdelivered or d.) forfeitted.
Infernal Elegance and or Jaggasoft is not obligated nor required to fix or successfully update or reroute a incorrectly inputted package but can and will attempt to do so in a timely manner as long as the customer places a request to do so in a reasonable time frame and with the directed methods. This includes email, Jaggainquiry@gmail.com, or the websites built in Contact us section. It is to be acknowledged that any social medias under the direct ownership of Infernal Elegance and or Jaggasoft are NOT official and valid forms of communication regarding orders and shipments but may do so in the unlikely event it is possible. This does not mean Social media accounts under INFERNAL ELEGANCE or JaggaSOFT are applicable to the Shipping and Returns agreement, but are alternatives that is presumed to be used by customers, buyers, and inquirees.
Shipments can be a few days behind schedule in the event of large volume of orders. Please give the delivery a few extra days for transportation. We will email you if there will be a substantial delay in the dispatch of your item. And will update The website with announcements when applicable.
Return & Exchange Policy
We appreciate your purchase. We sincerely hope your purchase meets your needs. We would like to inform or remind you that all sales are final and that returns are strictly prohibited. We will accept returns for a complete refund in the event that the shirt has a defect, (item not as described) or was the incorrect item sent off of the specifications and receipt that the customer ordered. Please contact us accordingly and in a timely fashion so we may accommodate you in the event of a mispackaged item within 5 business days of receiving the good. If we are not contacted within a reasonable amount of time then you forfeit the ability to exchange or return a item for a refund. In the event of Returning a item, Shipping charges will be paid for by Infernal Elegance, but after the item is received. You must also show proof of shipment by tracking number OR receipt of shipment when applicable. Funds will be released upon receival of the exchanged good.
